Bathrooms:		Master Bedroom en-suite with a further family bathroom with bath/shower over and wc.
Kitchen:		The spacious kitchen is equipped with a built in dual hob & gas oven, microwave, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, George Forman grill and other various cooking equipment. It also houses a large water cooler plus iron and ironing board.
Dining Room:		Equipped for 8.
Lounge :		The lounge comes equipped with a TV, video player, DVD player and Audio system.
Pool Area:		The 8x4m pool has underwater lights and the pool terrace is well lit for night time swims. The barbecue also comes with a clay oven. Eating area set for 6.
The Outside:		The grounds extend to around 1/3 acre on 2 levels with fruit trees including plum, orange, lemon, lime olive, banana and almond.
Balconies :		Front with seating for 7. Back with seating for 6.
Garage:		Large Garage with use of Bikes (see rules & tips ).
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:		All Towels & linen provided with a weekly clean & bed change.
