Villa K is situated in the tranquil foothills of the rural village of Alsancak - approximately 14km from the harbour town Kyrenia. Within easy reach of all major tourist attractions, yet secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful break any time of the year, Villa K offers you the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax in one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful settings. 

Three bedrooms offer excellent sleeping space for six adults via two twin rooms and one master double with en-suite facilities. Should extra beds be needed, the corner unit in the lounge converts into a purpose built double bed. All bedrooms have air-conditioning / heating units and come with large built in wardrobes. Villa K's separate bathroom comes with a power shower and all towels are provided. A weekly clean and linen change is included in the cost of your stay.

The large lounge comes equipped with a TV, Video player, DVD player and Audio system. The spacious size and traditionally tiled floor make it the perfect room to cool down in during the late afternoon. The fitted kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances including a washing machine, microwave, and griddle. The spacious dining area seats up to eight.

Outside, terraces both back & front allow you to make the most of the evening sunsets offering stunning views of the sea from the front and the mountains to the back. The front terrace comes complete with easy chairs - perfect for both sleepers & bookworms - whilst the back terrace comes equipped with a dining area for those late alfresco meals.

Set in over a third of an acre, Villa K has a completely secluded pool thanks to borders of poplar trees and laurel hedges. With a Roman end the pool is an ideal place for small children to learn to swim whilst parents can laze around the spacious patio area, or just float in the dinghy soaking up the sun. With its maturing fruit trees and a small olive grove, Villa K offers plenty of places to relax and enjoy the warm breeze of this unique Mediterranean island.
